Absolutely. We have beginner-specific templates that start with appropriate volume and progress at a rate suited to where you are. You'll also have access to the full technique video library so you can learn each exercise correctly from day one.
We have templates for full gym access, barbell-only setups, and dumbbell/cable-focused training. You select your equipment during onboarding and the system only programmes exercises you can actually do.
After every session you rate your pump, soreness, fatigue, and joint comfort. The system uses this data to adjust next week's volume, load recommendations, and exercise selection. High fatigue = reduced volume. High pump + low fatigue = increased volume. It's automatic and happens in the background.

A mesocycle is a training block with a specific goal — typically 4–6 weeks of progressive overload followed by a 1-week deload. Most of our templates are 5 weeks total (4 working weeks + deload). After completing a meso you can move straight into the next one with adjusted starting volumes based on how you performed.
